摘　　要：我国现代出版管理制度与外国现代出版业的管理在政府行政管理、法律法规及行业协会自治管理等方面存在明显不同。目前,我国出版业转企改制,全面迈进数字出版新时期,借鉴吸收各国优秀管理经验,解决当前出版业转企与市场化过程中所面临问题,促进我国出版管理更加适应市场化发展需要具有深远意义。There exists the difference between Chinese and foreign publishing management on the gov-ernmental administration,the regulation of the law,and the autonomous control from the society of the publishing entities.The difference suggests that the problems caused by the system transformation of the publishing entities in China may be solved by assimilating the successful experience from the advanced countries that have the mature market for the publishing enterprises.
