栝楼各药用部位蛋白质含量的比较分析

摘　　要：分别比较不同居群栝楼各药用部位的蛋白含量。分别采用浓硫酸-双氧水法对来自河北、山东、安徽、河南、山西5省共13份栝楼的种子、果皮及根进行消解,AA3型流动分析仪检测其蛋白的含量。瓜蒌子中蛋白含量最高的种质来源于河南安阳文峰区,其含量最高可达(69.758±0.032 7)mg/g,瓜蒌皮中蛋白含量最高属山西侯马为(93.443±0.039 8)mg/g,天花粉中蛋白含量最高达(51.076±0.055 0)mg/g来自于河北安国。不同居群各药用部位蛋白质的含量差异显著。Different medicinal part of protein content were compared indiffernt group of Trichosanthes kirilowii. Detecting the protein content of Trichosanthes kirilowii＇s seeds ,pericarps and roots by AA3 Continuous Flow.The seeds of Trichosanthes kirilowii coming from Henan wenfeng area had the highest protein content reaching （69.758 ± 0.0327 ）mg/g,Shanxi Houma producing the pericarps could obtain the highest ,the content of protein could reach （93.443 ± 0.0398）mg/g,while in roots, the content of protein could be （51.076 ± 0.055 0）mg/g,being from Hebei anguo. The protein content of different groups and different medicinal parts existed a significant distinction.
