摘　　要：介绍了长盘型链板运输机的结构性能、组成以及在粗铅锌冶炼厂的应用情况,对长盘型链板运输机存在的故障原因进行分析,并针对故障提出具体的解决措施。经过技术改造后,解决了生产过程中链板运输机长期存在的故障,保障了粗炼系统正常生产。The paper introduces structure performance, long plate chain conveyor and its application in the crude zinc smelting plant, analyses cause of the faults, and puts forward specific measures to resolve. After the technical improvement, the faults existed a long time of chain plate conveyor production process is solved, ensures the normal production of crude refining system.
