摘 要:通过对高炉煤气和一台150t/h高炉煤气锅炉烟气成分的分析,探讨了空气预热器低温腐蚀的原因,研究了在避免低温腐蚀的前提下降低超高压400t/h煤气锅炉排烟温度的可行性。结果表明:分体式热管煤气加热器可有效降低超高压煤气锅炉排烟温度,并避免低温腐蚀,对中低压煤气锅炉的设计与改造也具有借鉴意义。Based on analysis of the blast furnace gas, the flue gas of a 150 t/h blast furnace gas-fired boiler and the low-temperature corrosion of the air preheater, the feasibility to further reduce the exhaust gas temperature of 400 t/h ultra-high pressure gas boilers was studied on the premise of avoiding low- temperature corrosion. Results show that the split-type heat pipe gas heater can effectively reduce the flue gas temperature of ultra-high pressure gas boilers and can simultaneously avoid the low-temperature corrosion, which is also of great significance for the design and retrofit of low- and medium-pressure gas boilers.
