摘  要:分析了脱硫系统烟气换热器(GGH)结垢造成的危害及其结垢原因,提出了将传热元件改造为大通道直波形板。实践结果表明:改造后降低了GGH运行阻力和增压风机的运行电流,提高了脱硫系统的安全可靠性,且节能效果显著。An analysis was carried out to both the harms caused by gas-gas heater (GGH) scaling in flue gas desulfurization system and the scaling reasons, to which retrofit measures were put forward by changing the original heat-transfer unit into large channel straight corrugated plate type. Application results indicate that the operating resistance of GGH and the operating current of booster fan are decreased; the safety and reliability of the flue gas desulfurization system are improved, and the energy saving effect is significant.
