摘　　要：社区思想政治教育与社会工作二者具有内在的耦合性,社会工作理念、技巧与方法应用于社区思想政治教育的优势在于可科学评估社区居民思想政治教育需求,整合多方社区教育服务资源,组织策划多元化社区活动,推动社区居民参与,有效提升社区居民整体思想政治教育水平。在社会工作视域下,实现社区思想政治教育的关键在于以社区学院作为社会工作介入社区思想政治教育的实体平台,以培育孵化社区社会组织为依托,以培育社区居民的志愿精神为抓手,并通过组织多元化社区活动来实现社区思想政治教育的路径创新,有效提升社区居民的思想政治素养,推动和谐社会建设。The community ideological and political education and social work have intrinsic connections.The advantage of applying social work ideas,techniques and methods to ideological and political education lies in scientific evaluation of community needs for ideological and political education,integration of various community education resources,organization and planning of various community activities,motivation of residents' participation and effective promotion of the overall ideological and political education level of the residents.In the perspective of social work,the key of conducting ideological and political education in communities is to take community colleges as a platform for social work intervention in the community ideological and political education,rely on incubation of community social organizations,start from the cultivation of community volunteer spirit and organize diverse community activities,to realize innovation in community ideological and political education,improve the ideological and political quality of the residents and push the construction of a harmonious society.
