摘  要:以有机硅丙乳液为成膜物,掺锑二氧化锡水性浆料为填料,通过涂布得到透明稳定的掺锑二氧化锡(ATO)隔热薄膜.利用用紫外可见光谱仪和自制隔热箱分别研究了ATO质量百分比含量对薄膜光学性能和隔热性能的影响.结果表明,随着ATO含量增加,紫外区与可见区透过率均降低,其隔热性能呈上升趋势.ATO含量为5%时,可见光透过率高达80%,隔热温差达10℃.The stable stransparent heat-insulation Antimony doped Tin Oxide( ATO) films were prepared by silicone emulsion and ATO water slurry,which worked as binders and fillers separately. The effects of ATO concentration on the transparence and heat-insulation property were investigated. With the increase of ATO concentration,transmittance in both ultraviolet and visible region was reduced,while the heat-insulation property was developed.When the concentration of ATO maintained at 5%,the transmittance in visible region was 80% and the anti-heat temperature could reach 10 ℃.
