基本药物“双信封”招采模式中企业评价指标体系初探

摘　　要：本文采用理论分析与文献分析的方法,归纳总结基本药物生产企业评价的指标内容和意义,分析对基本药物生产企业评价的诸多启示。在双信封招采模式的背景下,初步构建以企业规模、生产能力、产品知名度和市场信誉4个一维指标,固定资产总额、纳税总额、主营业务收入等20个二维指标的评价指标体系。Using the method of theoretical analysis and literature analysis, this thesis summary the content and the significance of index on production enterprises evaluation.In the background of double envelope mode for drug bidding, preliminary construct evaluation index system consisting of four one-dimensional index for the scale, production capacity, popularity and Reputation in the market and twenty two class indexes.
