摘　　要：从GIS建立的角度,分析了网格计算和云计算这两种计算模式对GIS的影响,详细阐述了网格GIS和云GIS的定义、特征和研究内容。在此基础上,从用户类型、应用方法、资源来源、关键技术、营运模式和安全保密的角度讨论了这两种GIS体系结构的异同,并对它们的发展进行了展望。How the Grid Computing and Cloud Computing to impact GIS from the point of GIS construction was analyzed. The definition, characteristic and research content of Grid GIS and Cloud GIS were elaborated. Then the differences and similarities between Grid GIS and Cloud GIS were discussed from the perspective of user types, application methods, resource sources, key technologies, business models and information security. The development of Grid GIS and Cloud GIS were also discussed.
