摘　　要：近10年来,苯甲酸作为酸化剂在猪禽饲粮中应用的报道越来越多。本文综述了其理化特性、体内代谢方式、对猪禽生长性能的影响及机制等,并提出今后需进一步研究的内容,旨在让人们更全面深入地认识苯甲酸及其营养生理作用,并为在生产实践中科学使用苯甲酸提供更多的科学依据。Over the past decade, there were more and more reports of benzoic acid as an acidifier in pig and poultry diets.This paper reviewed its physicochemical characteristics, metabolism in vivo, influence on growth performance and mechanism.This review aimed to make people more comprehensive and in-depth understand-ing of benzoic acid and its nutritional and physiological functions, and to provide more scientific evidences for scientific use of benzoic acid in practice.
