摘 要:本研究旨在探讨谷氨酰胺及其前体物对松浦镜鲤肠道消化酶活性及肠道形态的影响。选用初始体重(97.33±6.74)g的松浦镜鲤270尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾鱼。4个试验组喂食在植物蛋白质饲料基础上分别添加1.5%谷氨酰胺(Gln)、α-酮戊二酸(AKG)、鸟氨酸-α-酮戊二酸(OKG)和谷氨酸(Glu)的饲料,同时以喂食鱼粉(FM)和植物蛋白质(PM)饲料作为对照组,试验期为60 d。结果表明:各组间前肠和中肠蛋白酶活性以及中肠和后肠脂肪酶活性没有显著差异(P>0.05);OKG组和Gln组前肠淀粉酶活性显著高于FM组和PM组(P<0.05);Glu组和AKG组前肠脂肪酶活性显著高于FM组和OKG组(P<0.05)。各试验组间中肠和后肠皱襞高度没有显著差异(P>0.05);AKG组中肠肌层厚度显著高于FM组(P<0.05)。综上,Gln及其前体物可以显著改善前肠淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性。This experiment was aimed to study the effects of glutamine ( Gln) and its precursors on intestinal digestive enzyme activity and intestinal morphology of Songpu mirror carp ( Cyprinus carpio specularis) .A total of 270 Songpu mirror carp with an initial body weight of (97.33&#177;6.74) g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates and 15 fish per replicate.The fish in the 4 experimental groups were fed plant protein meal ( PM) with 1.5%glutamine ( Gln) ,α-ketoglutaric acid ( AKG) , ornithine-α-ketoglutarate ( OKG) and glutamic acid ( Glu) , respectively, taking the fish meal ( FM) and PM as control groups.The experiment las-ted for 60 days.The results showed that the Gln and its precursors had no significant effects on protease activity in foregut and midgut and lipase activity in midgut and hindgut (P〉0.05).The amylase activity in foregut of AKG group and Gln group was significantly higher than that of FM group and PM group ( P〈0.05) .The lipase activity in foregut of Glu group and AKG group was significantly higher than that of OKG group and FM group (P〈0.05).The fold height in midgut and hindgut had no significant difference among groups (P〉0.05).The muscular thickness of AKG group was significantly higher than that of FM group (P〈0.05).In conclusion, Gln and its precursors can improve the foregut lipase and amylase activities.
