摘 要:本试验旨在探究工业化海水养殖条件下饲料中主要营养素源对豹纹鳃棘鲈( Plectropo-mus leopardus)生长、体色和消化吸收的影响。采用2×2×2三因素试验设计,2个营养素因素:蛋白质水平-46%蛋白质(P46)、50%蛋白质(P50),脂肪水平——8%脂肪(L8)、10%脂肪( L10);1个营养源因素:蛋白质源色素——植物性蛋白质源色素(VPP)、动物性蛋白质源色素(APP),共形成8种试验饲料(1#~8#处理),分别饲喂初始体重为(64.2±1.1) g的豹纹鳃棘鲈幼鱼,每个处理3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。正试期94 d。结果表明:1)4#处理(P46、L10与APP的组合)试验鱼的增重率较2#(P46、L8与APP的组合)、3#(P46、L10与VPP的组合)、5#(P50、L8与VPP的组合)、6#( P50、L8与APP的组合)、8#处理(P50、L10与APP的组合)显著或极显著升高( P<0.05或P<0.01),饲料系数则较2#、7#处理( P50、L50与VPP的组合)显著或极显著降低( P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)6#处理试验鱼皮肤中胡萝卜素含量较3#、4#、8#处理显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);试验鱼皮肤中胡萝卜素与黑色素含量在不同处理下出现增减同步的现象。3)比较而言,7#处理试验鱼具有最高的脂肪酶和胃蛋白酶活性以及较高的淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性;6#处理试验鱼具有最高的碱性磷酸酶和Na^+, K^+-ATP酶活性,并显著或极显著高于1#~3#处理(P<0.05或P<0.01)。总之,饲料主要营养素源的变化和互作影响着试验鱼的生长、体色及消化吸收,初步确定P50、L8与APP的组合是兼顾豹纹鳃棘鲈生长、体色和消化吸收的优良组合。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of main nutrient element and source on growth, body color, digestion and absorption of Plectropomus leopardus in industrialized mariculture condition.A 2×2 ×2 three-factor experiment design which including two nutrient element factors [ protein level: 46%protein ( P46) and 50%protein ( P50); lipid level:8%lipid ( L8) and 10%lipid ( L10) ] and one pigment source factor [ vegetal protein source pigment ( VPP) and animal protein source pigment ( APP) ] was used to formulate 8 experiment diets ( treatments 1# to 8#) .Juvenile Plectropomus leopardus with an initial body weight of (64.2±1.1) g were fed 8 experiment diets for 94 days, and each treatment had 3 replicates and 30 fish in each replicate.The results showed as follows: the weight gain rate in treatment 4# ( P46, L10 and APP combination) was significantly increased compared with treatments 2# ( P46, L8 and APP combination) , 3# ( P46, L10 and VPP combination) , 5#( P50, L8 and VPP combination) , 6#( P50, L8 and APP combination) and 8# (P50, L10 and APP combination) (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), and the feed conversion rate was significantly decreased compared with treatments 2#and 7#( P50, L50 and VPP combination) .2) The skin carotene con-tent in treatment 6#was significantly increased compared with treatments 3#, 4#and 8#( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) . The skin carotene and melanin contents of trial fish were increased or decreased by the same pace under different treatments.3 ) Comparatively speaking, treatment 7# had the highest lipase and pepsin activities and the higher amylase and trypsin activities;the activities of alkaline phosphatase and Na^+,K^+-ATPase in treatment 6#were the highest, and significantly higher than those in treatments 1#to 3#( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) .Therefore, the change and interaction of dietary main nutrient element and source affect growth, skin color, digestion and absorption of Plectropomus leopardus, a
