摘  要:将玉米秸秆发酵残渣在多羟基醇中液化,再将所得液化产物用于聚氨酯硬泡的制备,并研究了泡沫的性能。实验结果表明,当液化产物用量较低时,增加液化产物能使泡沫的压缩强度增大。当液化产物添加量为多元醇质量的40%时,所得聚氨酯密度和压缩强度分别为34.84 kg/m3和137 kPa。随着液化产物添加量的继续增大,泡沫结构规整性变差,压缩强度逐渐下降。TG分析表明液化产物的使用有助于提高泡沫初始降解温度,但残碳量上升。将具有不同残渣率的液化产物用于发泡,结果表明液化产物中固体杂质的存在有助于提高泡沫的密度和压缩强度。The liquefaction product of corn stover fermentation residue was used in the preparation of rigid polyurethane foam. The performances of the polyurethane foam were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the increase in the content of the liquefaction product favored the foam strength. The density and the compression strength of polyurethane foam were 34. 84 kg/m3 and 137 kPa respectively when the liquefaction product replaced 40% of petroleum polyol. However, the pore structure of polyurethane foam became less regular and the compression strength became lower with the further increase of liquefaction product amounts. TG analysis showed that the use of liquefaction product resulted in an enhanced initial degradation temperature and a higher carbon residue of polyurethane foam. Liquefaction products with various residue contents were used in the foaming of polyurethane. It was found that a small amount of solid residue in the liquefaction product improved the density and the compression strength of polyurethane foam.
