基于大型体育赛事的区域体育产业结构创新优化——以第十二届全运会为例

摘　　要：随着奥运会、全运会等大型体育赛事在我国的举办,大型体育赛事对城市体育产业的影响研究引起了国内学者的广泛关注,而具体到举办大型体育赛事对区域体育产业结构创新优化研究还很鲜见。旨在以辽宁省成功筹办、举办第12届全运会为例,以沈阳市体育产业发展为研究对象,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对区域体育产业结构创新优化机遇进行分析,借助于经济、社会和环境分析框架,从产业组织、科技创新、协调发展3个方面对沈阳市体育产业结构进行问题本源性创新探究。最终,以组织结构、技术结构与实体结构为基础,从产业结构合理化、高度化与协调化3个方面提出基于大型体育赛事的区域体育产业结构创新优化对策。After Beijing Olympic Games and National Games in China, the great role of hosting large-scale sports events in promoting the hosting city＇ s sports industry development has drwn scholar＇ s attention. However, it＇ s rarely shown specific research on the influence of hosting major sports events to optimize the regional sports industry structure. Based on the opportunity of large-scale sports games, this paper tried to analyze regional opportunities of sports industry structure innovative optimization by using the method of literature and logical analysis. The investigation of Shenyang sports industry structure was made by means of economic, social and environmental analysis framework to probe into the original problems of industry structure from the aspects of industrial organization, technological innovation, the coordinated development. Finally, based on the organization structure, technology structure and the entity structure, some feasible solutions to optimize the regional sports industry structure based on the opportunity of large-scale sports games were made in three ways of rationalization, advancement and coordination.
