摘　　要：目的：建立明胶空心胶囊中铬、锆、铝3种元素含量的测定方法。方法：用微波消解法处理样品，电感耦合等离子质谱（ ICP-MS）同时测定不同厂家的药品胶囊及保健品胶囊中3种元素的含量。结果：3种元素的检出限范围为0.013～1.282 ng · g^-1，线性关系良好（ r＞0.9998），方法的回收率为92％～108％，RSD值均小于15％。结论：本方法准确、灵敏、简便，可用于明胶空心胶囊中有害元素的检测。Objective：To establish a scientific method to determine the contents of Cr , Zr, Al in vacant gelatin capsules.Methods：The samples which came from different manufacturers were digested with microwave digestion system and measured with ICP -MS.Re-sults：The detection limits of 3 elements ranged from 0.013 ng· g^-1 -1.282 ng· g^-1 and the average recoveries were in the range of 92%-108%with RSD less than 15%.The method had good linear correlation （ r〉0.9998 ）.Conclusion： The method is exact , sensitive and simple , and can be used to determine the contents of hazard elements in vacant gelatin capsules .
