摘  要:随着国民经济的发展,我国对石油天然气等能源的消费越来越大,而石油石化企业和储运库站等存在着大量的卧式储罐。目前对此类设备还没有比较完善的检验方法,根据石油石化行业卧式储罐特点,结合对漏磁检测的一些研究,将漏磁检测技术应用于卧式储罐检测中,对影响卧式储罐漏磁检测的部分因素进行有限元分析,并对卧式储罐检测进行实验分析,验证漏磁检测法应用到卧式储罐检测的可行性;研究内容对卧式储罐的整体检测和寿命评价具有重要意义。With the development of the national economy, China's consumption of energy such as oil and gas is more and more big, the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises and tank farm standing there is a large horizontal tank, etc. Now, for there is no such equipment more perfect inspection method, according to the characteristics of horizontal storage tanks for petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, combined with some research in the current magnetic flux leakage testing, magnetic flux leakage detecting technology was applied to horizontal tank testing, the factors affecting the horizontal tank leakage detection part of the finite element analysis, and the horizontal tank testing experiment analysis, validation of magnetic flux leakage test should be to the feasibility of the horizontal tank testing; the research content of horizontal tank overall detection and longevity evaluation is of great significance.
