摘　　要：目的探讨血栓通注射液对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的BNP水平影响。方法共收集60例溶栓的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死病例资料,治疗组30例给予尿激酶静脉溶栓联合滴注血栓通注射液治疗,对照组30例单纯溶栓治疗。比较治疗前后2组患者BNP的动态水平变化。结果血栓通注射液能够降低早期STEMI患者血清BNP水平。结论血栓通注射液可改善早期急性心肌梗死患者心功能状态。Objective To investigate the effect of Xueshuantong injection on the level of serum B-type Natriuretic Peptide （BNP） in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction （STEMI）. Method A total of 60 cases with STEMI were collected and divided into the treatment group （30 samples） and the control group （30 samples）. After urokinase thrombolysis, patients in the treatment group were treated by intravenous drop Xueshuantong parenteral solution. And patients in the control group were treated by urokinase thrombolysis only. The levels of BNP of each group before and after the treatment were observed. Results The level of BNP decrease obviously after treatment by Xueshuantong parenteral solution （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Xueshuantong parenteral solution can rectifying the cardiac function of patients with STEMI.
