摘　　要：建立快速测定猪排泄物中吲哚与3-甲基吲哚含量的气相色谱法,采用CBP10-M25-025石英毛细管柱,常温下三氯甲烷+丙酮作样品提取液,180℃恒温检测。该方法具有操作简单、速度快、分离效果理想、重复性较高等优点。In order to establish a rapid detection method to determine indole and 3- methylindole content in swine excreta by gas chromatography, CBP10-M25-025 quartz capillary column is used in 180℃ constant temperature detection.Samples were extracted with chloroform and acetone at room temperature. It has the advantages of simple operation, fast speed, ideal separation effect and high repeatability.
