可控式冲吸牙刷改善危重患者口腔护理质量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨改良可控式冲吸牙刷在危重患者口腔护理中的应用与效果.方法 将ICU危重患者120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用可控式冲吸牙刷同时进行冲洗、吸引、刷洗行口腔护理,对照组采用常规的棉球蘸生理盐水擦洗行口腔护理,比效两种口腔护理效果.结果 对照组口腔异味（bad breath）、口腔溃疡发生率（oralulcer）、口腔分泌物培养阳性率分别为12、22、16例,而观察组仅有2、4、4例;观察组备物及实际操作时间明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）.结论 危重患者使用可控式冲吸牙刷能彻底清洁口腔,避免误咽误吸,减少口腔并发症和肺部感染的发生,且操作方便、省时,提高了工作效率.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of controllable suction toothbrush in the oral nursing care of critical patients.Methods 120 critical patients from ICU were randomly divided an observation group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group were flushed,sucked,and brushed with controllable suction toothbrush,while the control group were orally nursed with conventional cotton ball dipping in saline scrub.The nursing efficacies were compared.Results 12 and 2 patients had bad breath,22 and 4 got oral ulcer,and 16 and 4 were positive in oral secretion culture in the control group and the observational group,respectively,with statistical differences（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Cleaning oral cavity with controllable suction toothbrush for critical patients can avoid aspiration and reduce oral complications and pulmonary infection,is convenient,and can save time and improve work efficiency.
