宫颈癌患者腔内放疗期间阴道冲洗加碘伏纱条填塞的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨宫颈癌患者腔内放疗期间阴道冲洗加碘伏纱条填塞对阴道清洁度及阴道粘膜反应的效果.方法 将108例宫颈癌腔内放疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例,对照组进行传统阴道冲洗,观察组在传统阴道冲洗基础上加碘伏纱条于穹窿部填塞,观察两组患者在腔内放疗后的第2、3、4周阴道清洁度及阴道粘膜反应情况.结果 两组阴道清洁度及阴道粘膜反应在第2、3、4、周Hc分别为25.584,15.717,14.875; 6.571,6.662,8.091均P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 腔内放疗期间阴道冲洗加碘伏纱条填塞明显提高阴道清洁效果,减轻阴道粘膜反应.Objective To study vaginal douching plus iodine gauze packing on the effect of vaginal cleanliness and vaginal mucosa reactions for patients with cervical cancer during brachytherapy.Methods 108 patients with cervical cancer treated by brachytherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,54 cases in each group.Control group was treated with vaginal douching traditionally,observation group was packed with iodine gauze in fomix on the basis of control group.The vaginal cleanliness and vaginal mucosa reactions were observed for all patients at 2,3,4 weeks after brachytherapy.Result The vaginal cleanliness and vaginal mucosa reactions at 2,3,4 weeks were 25.584,15.717,14.875; 6.571,6.662,8.091 respectively,with statistically significant differences between two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Vaginal douching plus iodine gauze packing during brachytherapy can significantly improve the vaginal cleansing effect and alleviate vaginal mucosa reactions.
