舒适护理在乳腺癌改良根治即刻乳房重建病人围手术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨舒适护理模式在乳腺癌改良根治术后即刻乳房重建手术病人围手术期的应用效果.方法 对2011年3月至2013年12月期间行乳腺癌改良根治即刻乳房重建病人在手术后的不同阶段引起不舒适原因,制定相应舒适护理措施.结果 22例乳腺癌改良根治术后即刻乳房重建手术病人在围手术期引起不舒适的原因主要包括心理、生理、社会和环境4个方面.结论 舒适护理模式在乳腺癌改良根治术后即刻乳房重建手术病人围手术期中的应用,可明显增加病人的舒适程度,有利于病人疾病的康复,也体现护士的自我价值,增进了护患关系,提高病人和家属对护理服务的满意度,进一步提高了医院的社会效应.Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing schema in patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction surgeu.Methods From March 2011 to December 2013,we established comfortable nursing measures according to causes of postoperative discomfort in different stages for patients who had received modified radical mastectomy followed by immediate breast reconstruction surgery.Results There were four causes of perioperative discomfort in 22 patients who had received modified radical mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction surgery,including psychological,physical,social and environmental factors.Conclusions Perioperative implementation of comfortable nursing schema in patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction surgery significantly improves the comfort level of patients,is helpful to rehabilitation,reflects self-worth of nurses,tightens the relationship between nurses and patients,ameliorates patients and their families＇ satisfaction on nursing service,and might further enhance social influence of hospital.
