益力多预防机械通气患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的护理观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨益力多预防机械通气患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的临床效果和护理.方法 选取我院2010至2012年ICU病房收治的行机械通气患者70例,均应用鼻饲肠内营养支持,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规肠内营养（EN）支持,观察组在常规EN支持的基础上加用益力多,观察比较两组疗效,同时加强两组护理.结果 观察组腹泻发生率（11.4％）明显小于对照组（37.1％）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 益力多在预防机械通气患者肠内营养的相关性腹泻方面疗效显著,可显著降低患者的腹泻发生率,同时加强对患者的护理,以促进疾病恢复,改善患者预后.Objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing experience of Yakult in preventing enteral nutrition related diarrhea of mechanically ventilated patients.Methods 70 mechanically ventilated patients underwent nasogastric enteral nutrition in ICU of our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group received conventional enteral nutrition （EN）,while observation group received Yakult on the basis of conventional EN.Observed and compared the curative effect of two groups,and strengthened nursing care in two groups.Result The incidence of diarrhea in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （11.4％ vs.37.1％）,with statistically significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Yakult is very effective in preventing enteral nutrition related diarrhea of mechanically ventilated patients,can significantly reduce the incidence of diarrhea.Nursing care should he strengthened in order to promote the recovery and improve the prognosis of patients.
