摘  要:目的 探讨延伸护理服务对提高普外科出院患者满意度的影响,为临床提高护理服务质量提供指导.方法 回顾性分析2009年2月至2011年12月笔者所在的普外科收治的218例住院患者临床资料,分为观察组和对照组.比较两组康复知识掌握度和满意度.结果 观察组在疾病知识、用药知识、康复训练和医患联系方式等指标上均优于对照组(P< 0.05或0.01),患者满意度为98.3%,明显优于对照组的89.0% (P<0.01).结论 延伸护理服务有助于提升患者康复知识掌握程度和满意度,是全新的护理模式,值得广大医疗机构推广.Objective To investigate the effect of extended nursing service in improving satisfaction of discharged patients from General Surgery Department,to provide guidance in improving the quality of nursing service.Methods 218 hospitalized patients in General Surgery Department in our hospital from February 2009 to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Rehabilitation knowledge and satisfaction degree of two groups were compared.Results Disease knowledge,medication knowledge,rehabilitation training and doctor-patient contact in observation group were better than those in control group (P < 0.05 or 0.01).Satisfaction degree of observation group was 98.3%,obviously superior to 89.0% of control group (P < 0.01).Conclusion Extended nursing service contributes to promote the level of rehabilitation knowledge and satisfaction of patients,which is a new model of care,worthy of application in medical institutions.
