摘　　要：猪呼肠病毒(Porcine reovirus)属于呼肠病毒科(Reoviridae)正呼肠病毒属(Orthoreovirus),基因组由10条分节段的dsRNA片段组成,编码11种多肽。猪感染呼肠病毒后多不表现明显的临床症状,但严重者可引起呼吸系统或胃肠道疾病。论文就近年来国内外对猪呼肠病毒形态特征、理化特性、培养特性、分子生物学、致病机制、病毒检测及防控措施等方面的研究进展进行综述,为猪呼肠病毒的深入研究提供参考。Porcine reovirus belongs to Orthoreovirus （Reoviridae）,whose genome consists of 10 segments of dsRNA encoding 11 structural polypeptides.The severe cases can lead to respiratory or gastrointestinal diseases,although the majority of swine infected with reovirus did not show obvious clinical symptoms. The recent research progress was reviewed on porcine reovirus,including morphological characteristics, physicochemical characteristics,culture characteristics,molecular biology,pathogenesis,virus detection and control measures in the thesis in order to providing reference for further study on porcine reovirus.
