妥曲珠利对仔猪生长及球虫感染的影响

摘　　要：为研究抗球虫药物妥曲珠利50g/L悬浮液对仔猪生长和对球虫病防控效果的影响,选取30窝新生仔猪,随机分成2组,即试验组(妥曲珠利50g/L悬浮液组)和对照组,每组15窝。测定仔猪初生重、第14日龄体重、断奶重和第42日龄空腹体重;采集第1周、第2周、第3周、第4周和第5周仔猪粪样,检测猪等孢球虫卵囊。结果显示,第42日龄时,试验组仔猪平均体重显著高于对照组(P<0.01),平均体重高于对照组1.10kg,试验组仔猪均匀度优于对照组。试验组仔猪最大日增重比对照组提高0.033kg。试验组未检出猪等孢球虫卵囊,对照组从第3周开始检出猪等孢球虫卵囊,一直持续到第5周,在第3周时阳性率最高,达到33.33%;个体感染强度(OPG)最高16 000,平均感染强度(OPG)为4 469。试验组仔猪球虫卵囊阳性率和平均感染强度(OPG)均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。说明妥曲珠利50g/L悬浮液能够有效控制猪等孢球虫感染,提高仔猪体重和均匀度。In order to study the effects of 50 g/L toltrazuril suspension on piglets growth and infection of Isospora suis ,30 litters of newborn piglets were selected,and randomly divided into 2 groups：test group （50 g/L toltrazuril suspension group）and control group,15 litters in each group.The piglet body weights at the age of 1-day,14-day,weaning day and 42-day were weighed.The fecal samples at the age of 1-week,2-week,3-week,4-week and 5-week were collected to detect the Isospora suis oocysts.Results showed,the average piglet body weights of test group were significantly higher than that of control group at the age of 42 day （P 〈0.01）.The average body weight of test group was 1.10 kg higher than that of control group.Piglet uniformity of test group was better than that of control group.The max daily weight gain of test group was 0.033 kg higher than that of control group.No Isospora suis oocyst was detected in test group.Isospora suis oocysts were detected in control group from the age of 3 to 5 weeks.In control group,the highest positive rate of the oocyst was 33.33% at the age of 3 week,the highest individual in-fection intensity（OPG）was 16 000,mean OPG 4 469.The positive rate of the oocyst and mean OPG of test group were significantly lower than that of control group.Studies indicated that,5% toltrazuril sus-pension can prevent Isospora suis effectively,improve the average body weight and uniformity of the pig-lets.
