摘  要:分析了钢铁厂不同工序产生的粉尘的化学成分和特性,在此基础上介绍了国内外含锌粉尘的处理现状,详细叙述了含锌粉尘的处理流程——闭路循环流程、半闭路循环流程、开路循环处理流程的特点。通过对不同处理工艺的对比分析,认为直接还原法中的转底炉工艺具有使用原料、能源的灵活性好,基建投资低,环保措施得力等优点,在我国有很好的发展前景。The composition and properties of dust generated by different processes in iron and steel plants are analyzed.The present state of disposal technologies of Zn-bearing dust at home and abroad are introduced.The feature of closed-circuit cycle processes,semiclosed circuit cycle processes and open-circuit cycle processes are analyzed and compared.Finally,it is point out that the treatment of znic-bearing dust by rotary hearth furnace have some advantages in direct reduction technology,which have good flexibility to material and energy,low investment in infrastructure,effective in environment initiatives,so the technology will have a good prospects for development in China.
