摘　　要：直接式的胎压检测系统(TPMS)能精确测量轮胎内的压力和温度,该系统在一个或多个轮胎气压不足时能提醒驾驶员。本文介绍胎压检测系统总览,主要零部件功能,TPMS在某款乘用车上的匹配应用、故障诊断及问题的处理。开发的TPMS样件,其性能测试结果达到了技术要求。样件在某款样车上实际试装测试,结果符合设计要求,可以批量生产。The direct-type pressure monitoring system （TPMS） can accurately measure tire pressure andtemperature. The TPMS alerts a driver if weak tire pressure occurs in one or more tires. The TPMS overview,component function, application of TPMS in a passenger car, fault diagnosis and problem solutions are introduced.The performance test result shows that the developed TPMS sample meets technical requirements. The developedTPMS sample is used in a prototype car, its test resuh indicates that the design requirements are fully met, andmass production is therefore allowed.
