摘 要:将A3O3工艺用于徐州某垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液好氧段处理工程,讨论了工艺流程、构筑物设计参数和运行状况。结果表明,在A3O3反应池有机负荷OLR为0.6kg(COD)/(m^3·d)、进水COD为1900~3000mg/L、氨氮为1000~1650mg/L的情况下,出水COD〈800mg/L和氨氮〈5mg/L时,A3O3反应池对COD和氨氮的去除率分别在60%和98%以上。同时分析了pH、DO和温度对氨氮去除率的影响。An introduction was made about the aerobic treatment project with A3O3 process to deal with leachate in a municipal solid waste incineration plant in Xuzhou, and the treatment process, design parameters of structures and commissioning were described. It has shown that when the influent with 1,900 - 3,000 mg/L of COD and 1,000 - 1,650 mg/L of NH3-N was treated by the process, the effluent would be below 800 mg/L of COD and 5 mg/L of NH3-N, i.e., the COD and NH3-N removal efficiencies could be stabilised at 60% and over 98%, respectively, when the organic loading rate (OLR) of A3O3 reactor was 0.6 kg/m3/d of COD. Meanwhile, the influences of pH value, DO, and temperature on ammonia removal were discussed as well.
