黄芪联合丹参注射在胃癌患者FOL-FOX方案化疗期间的临床应用及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究黄芪联合丹参注射在胃癌患者实施FOL-FOX方案化疗期间的临床应用价值及疗效。方法:选择136例进行化疗的胃癌患者为研究对象,随机将其分成观察组(68例)和对照组(68例)。观察组患者在实施FOL-FOX化疗方案期间加用黄芪联合丹参注射治疗,对照组患者仅采用常规FOLFOX方案化疗,比较两组的临床疗效及毒性反应。结果:观察组完全缓解者占11.76%(8/68),有效者占63.24%(43/68),均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。观察组产生白细胞减少、胃肠道反应以及过敏者均显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪联合丹参注射在胃癌患者实施FOL-FOX化疗方案期间的临床应用价值高,能显著减少患者化疗后毒性反应发生率,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To study clinical application and efficacy analysis of Astragalus mongholicus combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection in gastric cancer patients FOL-FOX way of chemotherapy. Methods： 136 cases of patients with gastric cancer were taken at the hospital in need of chemotherapy for the study, they were randomly divided into observation group （68 cases） and control group （68 cases） . The observation group patients during the implementation was treated with FOL-FOX chemotherapy plus Astragalus Salvia joint injections; simple control group of patients with conventional chemotherapy FOL-FOX program. Comparative efficacy and toxicity of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared. Results ： The complete remission accounted for 11.76 % （8/ 68） , effective ratio accounted for 63.24 % （43 / 68） were significantly higher. Differences were statistically significant （ P〈 0.05）. Observation group had leukopenia , gastrointestinal and allergic reactions were caught significantly less than the control group. Differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Astragalus Salvia injection in the joint implementation of clinical value in patients with gastric cancer during FOL-FOX chemotherapy significantly, can reduce the probability of occurrence of toxicity after chemotherapy. Security is better, there is little guidance on clinical , worthy of recommendation.
