摘　　要：目的了解新疆石河子市居民高血压、糖尿病防治政策的知晓率及影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法,调查石河子市1 696名15岁以上常住居民高血压、糖尿病防治政策的知晓情况,并进行单因素2检验和多因素非条件Logistic回归,探索居民防治政策的知晓的影响因素。结果高血压、糖尿病健康管理知识总知晓率为37.60%,不同特征人群的知晓率存在差异;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析发现:肥胖、高血压糖尿病患者、户籍地人群的高血压、糖尿病防治政策知晓率较高。结论公众对高血压、糖尿病防治政策知晓状况欠佳;应加强对非慢性病人群和非户籍地人群的宣传教育,改进健教措施,如通过编辑短信或建立网络平台,扩大信息的覆盖面;加强社区人力资源建设,提高工作人员的整体素质和服务水平等。Objective To investigate the awareness status of hypertension and diabetes prevention policy and its influencing factors among community residents in Shihezi, Xinjiang Province. Methods By the cluster sampling method, 1 696 residents over 15 years were selected in this study in Shihezi. Single factor x2 test and multiple-factor non-conditional Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of awareness of prevention policies among residents. Results The total awareness ,＇ate of hypertension and diabetes prevention policy was 37.60%, and the awareness rates differ in populations. Multiple-factor non-conditional Logistic regression analysis found that people who was obese or hyper- tensive with diabetes or the domicile crowd with prevention policy awareness rates were much high. Conclusions The resi- dents＇ awareness of hypertension and diabetes prevention policy was in poor condition, and the government should strength- en the publicity and education for the non-chronic disease populations and non-domicile populations, and improve the health education measures, such as edit SMS or networking platform to expand the information. To strengthen the human resource construction, and improve the quality of the staff and service levels are crucially important.
