摘 要:目的了解卫生应急管理案例教学参与度情况以及存在的问题,为案例教学的推广和改善提供建议。方法采用自填式问卷方法,对12省(市)的263名卫生应急管理人员进行调查。结果老师和学员认为总体"认真阅读"的占86.9%;认为学生非常或比较积极发言的教师占64.9%,学生占40.7%;认为学生提问非常或比较频繁的教师占52.0%,学生占30.4%;认为学生讨论非常或比较频繁的教师占47.4%,学生占32.1%;认为学生非常或比较投入的教师占92.2%,学生占78.0%;教师和学员对卫生应急管理案例教学存在的问题的观点基本一致。结论卫生应急管理案例教学中,学员参与度较高,应从师资、学员、案例编写与选择等几个方面入手,为案例教学在卫生应急管理培训中的应用创造更好的条件。Objective To learn the students' participation and problems of health emergency management case teaching, and to provide recommendations for the promotion and enhancement of case teaching. Methods Health emer- gency managers in 12 provinces of China were investigated, closed self-administered questionnaire was used. Results 86. 9% teachers and students thought that the students read cases seriously before class; 64. 9% teachers thought the students spoke actively, while 40. 7% students thought themselves to speak actively; 52. 0% teachers thought that the students questioned frequently, while 30. 4% students had the same thoughts; 47. 4% teachers thought the students to dis- cuss frequently in class, while 32. 1% students thoughts they had frequent discussions, 92. 2% teachers thought the students involved in class actively, while 78.0% students had the same thoughts; There was no difference in most views of the problems in health emergency management case teaching. Conclusions The students participate in the Health Emer- gency Management Case Teaching actively. Better conditions should be provided for the use of the case teaching in the training of the health emergency management.
