摘　　要：非蛋白氮是指尿素、缩二脲、磷酸铵、碳酸铵、氯化铵、硝酸铵、氨基酸等一类非蛋白态的含氮化合物的总称。反刍动物能有效地把非蛋白氮转化为蛋白质，这就为我们发展畜牧业，开辟蛋白质饲料来源指明了方向。正确使用非蛋白氮饲料添加剂可节约大量蛋白质，提高经济效益。Non- protein nitrogen is the general term that refers to non -protein nitrogen compounds such as carbamide, biuret, ammonium phosphate, ammonium carbonate, ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate and amino acid. Ruminants can convert non - protein nitrogen to pro- tein effectively. This feature points out right direction for us to develop animal husbandry and develop new source of protein feed. Correct use of non - protein nitrogen feed additives can save a large amount of protein and improve economic benefit.
