摘 要:利用浸渍还原法在水热法制备的多孔碳微球(PCMSs)表面负载银纳米颗粒,制备了不同银含量的Ag/PCMSs复合材料。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜以及热重对产物的形貌和结构进行表征分析;并采用抑菌环定性实验对所制备的Ag/PCMSs复合材料的抗菌性能进行评价。结果表明:PCMSs表面有—OH、C=O等含氧官能团;50℃下PCMSs与AgNO3在乙醇中反应,在其表面负载直径约16nm、分布均匀的银纳米颗粒;抗菌实验分析表明样品具有很好的抗菌性,可以作为抗菌材料。Through impregnating reduction method, Ag nanoparticles were loaded on the surfaces of porous carbon microspheres (PCMSs), which were prepared by hydrothermal method with glucose as carbon source. A series of investigations, including field emission scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis, were carried out to characterize the samples. The antibacterial properties of Ag/PCMSs composites were evaluated by the bacteriostatic ring statutory test. The results are as follows, the PCMSs surface had some oxygen-containing functional groups such as -OH and C=O; Ag nanoparticles with an average particle size of 16 nm were decorated on the surface of PCMSs in uniform and regular stacks; the samples had good an- tibacterial effects, suggesting that Ag/PCMSs composites could be used as excellent antibacterial materials.
