黄芪茎叶超微粉对雏鸡非特异性免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为研究黄芪茎叶超微粉对雏鸡非特异性免疫功能的影响，将200只1日龄健康雏鸡随机分为5组，每组40只鸡：I组为不用药对照组，Ⅱ组为0．5％黄芪根普通粉对照组，Ⅲ～V组分别为黄芪茎叶超微粉的0．5％、1．0％、1．5％3个剂量组。在21、28、35、42和49日龄时检测体重、免疫器官指数和外周血白细胞总数，在49日龄时测定碳粒廓清率。结果显示，1．0％、1．5％黄芪茎叶超微粉能显著提高雏鸡的外周血白细胞总数（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；黄芪根普通粉和黄芪茎叶超微粉均可显著提高鸡的体重和胸腺指数（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），1．5％黄芪茎叶超微粉的作用效果与黄芪根普通粉的作用相当；黄芪根普通粉和1．0％黄芪茎叶超微粉可以极显著提高雏鸡的碳粒廓清率（P〈0．01），两者作用相当。研究表明，黄芪茎叶超微粉能够显著提高雏鸡的非特异性免疫功能。To investigate the effects of the stem and leaf＇s ultrafine powder of Astragalus membranaceus （SLASUP） on non-specific immune functions of chickens. Two hundred Hy-Line brown chicks were assigned randomly into five groups at 1 day of age, forty chickens of each. Group I was the control group, receiving no herbs. Group II was the positive herbal group,birds in this group were fed 0.5% powder of astragalus root in diet （0.5% ARP group）. Chickens in group III to V were fed 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% SLASUP powder in diet, The body weight,immune organ indexes,number of peripheral leukocytes of chickens in each group were measured on day 21,28,35,42 and 49. The charcoal clearance rates of chickens were determined on day 49. The results indicated that both 1.0% and 1.5% SLASUP could increase the total number of peripheral leukocytes （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;ARP and SLASUP could increase significantly body weight and thymus index （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and 1.5% SLASUP had the same effect as ARP;Both ARP and 1.0% SLASUP nearly had same effect on the charcoal clearance rates of chickens （P〈0.01）. The results suggested that SLASUP could enhance the immunological functions of chickens including the total number of peripheral leukocytes, thymus index and charcoal clearance rates.
