摘  要:本试验旨在探索春季喷淋对仔鹅生长性能、屠宰性能和产绒性能的影响。选取180只健康、体重均匀的35日龄扬州鹅公鹅,随机分成3个处理组,即对照组、试验I组和试验Ⅱ组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只。对照组不喷淋,试验I组每天喷淋3次、每次先喷淋5分钟间歇10分钟后再次喷淋5分钟,试验Ⅱ组每天啧淋3次,每次持续喷淋30分钟。试验期6周。结果表明:①试验Ⅱ组10周龄平均体重、5~10周龄平均日采食量和日增重均极显著降低(P〈0.01),极显著提高了5~10周龄料重比(P〈0.01)。②试验I组和Ⅱ组10周龄腿肌率显著提高(P〈0.05),腹脂率显著降低(氏0.05)。③与对照组相比,试验I组和Ⅱ组10周龄鹅胸部、腹部、背部及颈部的千朵重和绒朵长度极显著提高(P〈0.01),3个处理组的绒小枝细度没有显著性差异(P〉0.05)。另外,就单个组来看,70日龄扬州鹅胸腹部的千朵重、绒朵长度及绒小枝细度均极显著高于其他3个部位(P〈0.01)。整体来看,10周龄时,试验Ⅱ组扬州鹅的千朵重最重、绒朵长度最长、产绒率最高,其次为试验I组,对照组最差。In order to investigate the effects of spraying in spring on growth, slaughter and cashmere performance in goslings, total of 180 5 weeks of age healthy male Yangzhou geese with similar body weight were randomly allocated into 3 groups with 5 replicates per treatment and 12 geese per replicate. 3 treatment groups including control group, group I and group II. It was no spraying in control group, spraying method in group I, with 3 times a day, eaeh time spraying 5 minutes first, 10 minutes intermission later, re-spray 5 minutes. Group II was 3 times a day too, which used continuous spraying 30 minutes at a time. The experiment lasted for 6 weeks. The results showed that group II significantly decreased the body weight of Yangzhou geese at the age of 10 weeks,and significantly decreased the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of Yangzhou geese at the age of 5 to 10 weeks (P〈0.01), significantly increased the feed/gain of Yangzhou geese at the age of 5 to 10 weeks (P〈0.01). Group I and group II significantly increased leg muscle percentage of Yangzhou geese at the age of 10 weeks (P〈0.05), and significantly decreased the percentage of abdominal fat (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, group I and group II significantly increased in the kilo-down weight and down length which in the chest, abdomen, back and neck of Yangzhou geese at the age of 10 weeks (P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in goose down diameter among all groups (P〉0.05). In addition, looking one of all the groups, the kilo-down weight, down length and down twig diameter of chest and abdomen of Yangzhou geese at the age of 70-day-old extreme significantly higher than the other positions (P〈0.01). Overall, group II had the highest kilo-down weight, the longest down length, the highest down percentage, group I followed, the control group was the worst.
