双倍剂量的依巴斯汀治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察双倍剂量的依巴斯汀和传统依巴斯汀联合西咪替丁片治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法:将受试者随机分为2组,治疗组给予双倍剂量的依巴斯汀,对照组给予常规剂量的依巴斯汀联合西咪替丁片,观察比较两组的疗效和安全性,进行统计学分析。结果:治疗2周后治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.00%和74.58%;4周后总有效率分别为93.33%和79.66%,两组疗效比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双倍剂量的依巴斯汀治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹效果显著,不良反应轻,安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety between double doses of Ebastine and single dose Ebastine combined with Cimetidine in treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria. Methods： All the subjects were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was prescribed with double doses of Ebastine,the control group was prescribed with single dose of Ebastine and Cimetidine,and the results were statistically analyzed. Results： The results show that the effective rates were 90.00% and 74.58% in the treatment and control group respectively after 2 weeks of treatment,while the figures were 93.33% and 79.66% respectively after 4 weeks of treatment. There were significantly difference （P〈0.05） between the two groups about the effective rates. Conclusion：Double dose of Ebastine in treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria is an effective and safe method and it is worthy to spread in clinic.
