摘　　要：介绍了3104铝合金扁锭的主要用途、常见质量缺陷及其对制耳率和断罐率的影响,提出了利用电解铝液生产罐用3104铝合金扁锭的工艺控制要点。The main uses and common quality defects of 3104 aluminium alloy slab and its effect on earing ratio and tearing ratio were introduced, and the key technological controlling points for 3104 aluminum alloy slab for can produced by electrolytic aluminum liquid were put forwards in the paper.
