摘　　要：新建地方性本科院校面临着提升质量、推进内涵式发展的艰巨任务,大学生思想政治教育要围绕人才培养的中心任务,从发展目标、动力机制、创新载体、建立标准等方面入手,不断提高自身质量、推进内涵发展,为新建地方性本科院校全面推进内涵式作贡献。The new local undergraduate colleges faces an arduous task to improve quality, promote the quality-orientation development. Focusing on personnel training task, the ideological and political education might, starting from the standard and other aspects of the development goals, dynamic mechanism, innovation subjects, improve its quality-orientation development, make a great contribution to the quality-orientation development of the new local undergraduate colleges
