摘　　要：高校图书馆有良好的硬件设施和环境,具有资源优势,应积极贯彻十八届三中全会精神,致力于全面提高人民思想道德素质和科学文化素质,服务社会,以满足地方经济社会发展的需要。当前,高校图书馆服务地方经济工作开展还存在不足。为此需做好如下六个方面的工作:制订落实相关政策,适当实行有偿服务;认真做好科学规划,逐步向社会开放;努力争取各方支持,积极开展合作;加大宣传推广力度,扩大高校图书馆的影响力;充分运用信息技术,拓宽服务读者领域;开设咨询服务窗口,提升服务水平。The University Library with a good infrastructure, the environment and resources, should actively implement Eighteen Third Plenary Session spirit, and commit to comprehensively improve the people＇s ideological and moral qualities, scientific and cultural qualities, social services, to meet the local economic and social development needs. Currently, the university library serves insufficiently economic work. So six areas of work should be done： make and implement relevant policies, and properly carry out paid services; make earnestly scientific plan, and gradually open it to the public; strive parties to support and actively cooperate; increase promotional efforts to expand influence university Library; make full use of information technology, expand service areas readers; open window consulting services, improve service levels.
