国外船舶融资租赁模式的特点及对宁波的启示

摘　　要：宁波的中小航运企业融资难问题一直是研究热点,文章总结了国际上典型的船舶融资租赁模式,对四类典型模式的特点进行了比较分析;并结合宁波航运企业的融资困境,提出了发展建议,如利用创新融资方式拓宽航运企业融资渠道,尝试建立航运基金,出台船舶融资租赁的税收优惠政策等。The shipping financial leasing of Ningbo＆#39;s small and medium shipping enterprises has been a research focus. This paper first summarized the international typical shipping financial leasing modes , and the characteristics of four typical modes were compared. Combined with the financing difficulties of the shipping enterprises in Ningbo, some suggestions were put forward, such as adopting innovative financing methods to broaden the financing channels for shipping enterprises , trying to establish shipping fund and issuing preferential taxation policies on shipping financial leasing.
