摘　　要：宁波船企大多数规模小、技术水平低,主要从事散货船、集装箱船、油轮等传统船型的低端制造。2008年金融危机后,宁波造船业面临着巨大的生存危机,转型升级势在必行。浙江造船进军海洋工程船市场,短期内发展成为细分市场的领导者,实现由低技术、低附加值向高技术、高附加值的转型升级。其对宁波造船业具有重要的借鉴意义。Ningbo shipbuilding enterprises are mostly small in scale, low technological level, and low-ending manufacturing in bulk cargo ship, container ships, tankers and other traditional ship manufacturing. After the financial crisis in 2008, Ningbo shipbuilding industry is facing a huge crisis of survival. Transformation and upgrading are imperative. The success of Zhejiang Shipbuilding Limited Liability Company can provide some reference for other shipbuilding enterprise in Zhejiang.
