加强我国公安队伍建设的对策研究

摘　　要：当前,我国正处于社会发展的关键时期,这一特殊的历史时期赋予了公安机关重大而光荣的使命。但由于受各种因素的影响,公安队伍出现了许多新情况、新问题,面临着许多新的挑战。抓好公安队伍建设是开展各项公安工作的前提和基础,是解决这些问题的重要手段,也是公安工作取得成效的重要保证。因此,我们应该与时俱进,针对具体问题做出正确判断:搞好公安机关队伍建设,加强教育和管理是关键。要健全完善公安工作的运行机制和队伍管理机制,加强制度建设,改进完善公安工作保障机制,从优待警,为加强公安队伍建设提供有力保障。At present, China is in a critical period of social development, and this particular historical period entrusts the great and glorious mission to the public security organs. However, due to various factors, the public security team is facing new situation, new problems and new challenges. The construction of public security team is the premise and foundation to carry out public security work, is an important means to solve these problems, and is an important guarantee for the effectiveness of police work. Therefore, we should advance with the times to make the right judgments on specific issues： to construct public security team, to enhance education and management, to improve public security running mechanism and management mechanism, to strengthen the system construction, to improve and perfect the safeguard mechanism of public security, to benefit the police and to provide a strong guarantee for strengthening the construction of public security team.
