摘　　要：美国大学毕业典礼素来有邀请名人进行主题演讲的传统,这类演讲因其目的和听众的特殊性而具有较强的教育意义,也具有很多共性,颇具欣赏价值和研究价值。但是国内鲜有学者对这类演讲词的美学修辞特色进行专门的审视和研究。这类演讲词在音韵、结构、思辨上所运用的美学修辞,是在聆听和欣赏时不可错过的精妙之处。US universities have a long tradition of inviting celebrities to their commencement ceremony to deliver keynote speeches, which are of a significant educational nature and have many qualities in common. However, specific researches on the aesthetic rhetoric of these speeches are rarely seen in China. The beauty of rhetoric in terms of phonetics, structure and way of thinking is one of the important aspects of fineness that can＇ t be neglected when these speeches are appreciated.
