摘　　要：目的:提高政府卫生支出绩效。方法:通过文献分析法和专家咨询法建立一套评价政府卫生支出绩效的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,并对江苏省进行实证研究。结果:江苏省政府卫生支出总体绩效较好,但是公平性和效率性指标相对较差。结论:合理配置卫生资源,提高卫生资源的利用率。Objective To improve government health expenditure performance. Methods Through hterature analysis and expert consultation to establish a government health expenditure performance evaluation index system of evaluation, use AHP to determine index weight and give an empirical study of Jiangsu Province. Results Jiangsu provincial government health expenditure better overall performance, but the fairness and efficiency indicators are relatively poor. Conclusions The rational allocation of health resources, improve the utilization ratio of health resources.
