补肾益寿片对注射D-半乳糖小鼠的抗衰老作用

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾益寿片对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法将50只小鼠随机分为5组:对照组颈背部皮下注射生理盐水,模型组颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖,两组都用羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液灌胃;低、中、高剂量3个给药组颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖,及用不同剂量的补肾益寿片灌胃。42 d后观察脾脏指数、增重率,测定血清、肝脏、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)水平、总抗氧化活力(TAOC)及脑组织单胺氧化酶(MAO)活力等指标。结果中、高剂量补肾益寿片能抑制D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的增重率和脾脏指数下降,提高血清和各脏器SOD,GSH-PX和T-AOC活力,降低MDA水平和脑MAO活力。结论补肾益寿片有较强的抗衰老作用。AIM To explore anti-aging effects of Bushen Yishou Tablets on aged mice induced by D-galactose. METHODS Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups. The control group were injected subcutaneously with saline solution,model group were injected subcutaneously with D-galactose in the napes and backs,and then sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution was used to fill stomachs in both. Low,moderate,and high dose groups were injected with D-galactose in the nape subcutaneously and lavage was performed with different doses of Bushen Yishou Tablets. The index of spleen,the rate of weight gain,serum,liver,brain tissue superoxide dismutase（ SOD）,glutathione peroxidase（ GSH-PX）,and malondialdehyde（ MDA）,total antioxidant capacity（ T-AOC） and brain tissue monoamine oxidase（ MAO） activity were collected after 42 days. RESULTS The results showed that moderate and high dose of Bushen Yishou Tablets could significantly inhibit the growth rates and increase index of spleen of aged rats induced by D-galactose. They could significantly decrease the activities of SOD,GSH-PX and the activity of T-AOC,and the concentrations of MDA and activities of MAO in brain decreased. CONCLUSION Bushen Yishou Tablets have strong anti-aging effect.
