降脂抗氧化合剂对高血压合并高脂血症患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压合并高脂血症患者应用降脂抗氧化合剂治疗对血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响。方法选取84例高血压合并高脂血症患者,随机分为降脂抗氧化合剂组(治疗组)42例及常规降压治疗组(对照组)42例。随访时间12周。治疗前后应用超声检测肱动脉流量介导性扩张的血管内皮舒张功能及血脂、血压、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化。结果治疗组治疗后hs-CRP降低(P<0.01),脂质代谢紊乱和血管内皮舒张功能改善(P<0.01),且治疗后与对照组相比,hs-CRP水平明显降低(P<0.05),脂质代谢紊乱和血管内皮舒张功能明显改善(P<0.05);血压控制率差异无统计学意义(P#0.05)。结论高血压合并高脂血症患者应用降脂抗氧化合剂治疗能改善脂质代谢紊乱、改善内皮依赖性血管舒张功能及减轻炎症反应。AIM To investigate the effect of Jiangzhi Kangyanghua Mixture on endothelium-dependent vasodilatation function in patients with essential hypertension（ EH） complicated by hyperlipidemia. METHODS Eightyfour patients with EH complicated by hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into conventional therapeutic group（ control group） and Jiangzhi Kangyanghua Mixture treated group（ treatment group）. The levels of blood lipid,blood pressure and high sensitive C-reaction protein（ hs-CRP） were measured before and after treatment. Vascular endothelial function was assessed in the brachial artery by high-resolution ultrasound technique in form of flow-mediated dilatation during reactive hyperemia and after sublingual glyceryl trinitrate. RESULTS In the treatment group after treatment,the levels of blood lipids,hs-CRP and vascular endothelial function were significantly improved（ P〈0. 01）,and after treatment compared with the control group,level of serum lipid and hs-CRP（ P〈0. 05） decreased with a statistical significance,hypelipidemia vascular endothelial function had significantly improved（ P〈0. 05）. The control rate of blood pressure had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION As compared to the conventional therapy,Jiangzhi Kangyanghua Mixture could further improve vascular endothelial function and reduce inflammation of the arteriosclerosis in patients with EH complicated by hyperlipidemia.
