摘 要:目的建立高通量快速无损近红外光谱法分析黄连上清丸的总体质量差异。方法取黄连上清丸浓缩水丸和普通水丸6个生产企业作为校正集和验证集。测量它们近红外漫反射光谱并采用主成分分析法计算得分进行判别分析,计算得分的协方差矩阵S进行广义方差分析。结果建立黄连上清丸制剂类型及厂家的判别分析模型,校正集和验证集的正判率均为100.0%;广义方差模型计算广义方差值。结论近红外光谱法结合判别分析能够识别黄连上清丸的制剂类型及厂家;结合广义方差分析能够量化表征黄连上清丸的总体质量差异。AIM To establish high-throughput,rapid and non-destructive approaches of near infrared spectro scopy to analyse the population quality variances of Huanglian Shangqing Pills. METHODS Concentrated and watered pills and common watered pills of Huanglian Shangqing Pills were obtained from six manufacturers and served as calibration set and validation set,respectively. Near infrared diffuse reflectance spectra combined with principle component analysis were used for discriminant analysis and the calculation of covariance matrix S for generalized variance analysis. RESULTS The accuracy of predicting model,calibration set and validation set were approximately to 100%. CONCLUSION Near infrared spectroscopy plus discriminant analysis could distinguish the manufacturers and their preparations,and plus generalized variance would present the population quality of Huanglian Shangqing Pills.
