摘　　要：目的研究卷柏属植物兖州卷柏的化学成分。方法采用聚酰胺、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱层析分离方法对兖州卷柏75%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从兖州卷柏提取物中分离得到16个单体化合物,分别为橡胶树双黄酮（1）、apigeninyl-（4,O,3）-kaempferol（2）、异柳杉双黄酮（3）、7,4＇-氧-二-甲基穗花杉双黄酮（4）、四甲基穗花杉双黄酮（5）、6-羟基芦荟大黄素（6）、大黄素-6-甲醚（7）、大黄素（8）、大黄酚（9）、5α-豆甾-3,6-二酮（10）、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯（11）、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯（12）、胡萝卜苷（13）、β-谷甾醇（14）、β-香树脂醇（15）、十七烷酸（16）。结论化合物1～12首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物10～12为首次从卷柏属植物中得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Selaginella involven Spring. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by polyamide,macroporous resin and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods. RESULTS Sixteen compounds were respectively identified as heveaflavone（ 1）,apigeninyl-（ 4,O,3）-kaempferol（ 2）,isocryptomerin（ 3）,7,4＇-di-O-methyl-amentoflavone（ 4）,7,4＇,7＂,4-tetra-O-methyl-amentoflavone（ 5）,1,3, 8-trihydroxy-6-hydroxyl methyl anthraxquinone（ 6）,1,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-6-methylanthraquinone（ 7）,emodin（ 8）,chrysophanol（ 9）,5α-stigmast-3,6-dione（ 10）,lupeol acetate（ 11）,dibutylphthalate（ 12）,daucosterol（ 13）, β-sitosterol（ 14）, β-amyrin（ 15）, heptadecanoic（ 16）. COUCLUSION Compound（ 1）-（ 12） are isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them compound（ 10）,（ 11） and（ 12） are isolated from genus Selaginella for the first time.
