贵州省与西部地区可持续发展能力对比分析

摘　　要：从纵向时间序列上对贵州省可持续发展能力的演进方向和速度进行综合评价;从横向上对我省与西部其他省市可持续发展能力存在的优势与不足、所处地位及其动态变化进行对比分析。通过纵向和横向的数据对比,正确定位贵州省可持续发展进程,提出未来我省实施可持续发展的战略愿景、路径选择和相应的对策建议。This paper starts with a comprehensive evaluation on the evolutionary direction and pace of Guizhou from vertical time sequence. After that,a comparative analysis is proceeded horizontally,including the advantage and disadvantage, the status and dynamic change of sustainable developing ability of Guizhou and other provinces or cities in the west of China. On the basis of the data of both vertical and horizontal analysis,the sustainable developing process of Guizhou is correctly orientated and this paper puts forward proposals like strategic plans,routing selection and relative measures for Guizhou′s sustainable development.
