摘  要:为广东省构建一个4层结构的废旧家电回收网络,即废弃层、回收层、存储层、处理层,以六大废物处理中心为处理层,采用设定服务覆盖面积法优化现有回收层,以总成本最小化为目标建立有能力限制的多区位选址模型,求解存储站的设计方案。结果表明,需要回收站5907个,可实现废旧家电100%回收;需要存储站4个,服务于湛江、阳江、云浮、揭阳、梅州、潮州、汕头、清远8个城市。该设计可实现最低成本目标下规范管理废旧家电。A recycling network of four - story structure including obsolete layer,recycling layer,storage layer and processing layer,was built for the waste household appliances in Guangdong Province. The six waste dealing centers were taken as the processing layer. The Setting Service Coverage Area method was used to optimize the recycling layer built by the enterprise. And the Capacity Limited Multi - Location model,in order to minimize the total cost,was established to solve the design of transit/ storage station. Altogether,5907 recycling sites were chosen and 100% of the waste household appliances can be recycled. The 4 storage stations were needed to serve for Zhan Jiang,Yang Jiang,Yunfu,Jieyang,Miezhou,Cha-ozhou,Shantou and Qingyuan. And The design could implement the standardized management of the waste household appli-ances with the minimum cost.
